Refer a Patient to the Center for Pain and Wellness

If you are a physician, you may refer a patient to be seen by one of our specialists. We are a comprehensive pain center and treat all disorders and types of pain.

All of our referrals are reviewed daily and referring appointments are scheduled within 1 to 2 weeks, if not sooner.

If an earlier appointment is needed, please let us know and we will accommodate the physician request.
