Organizational Effectiveness & Learning (OE&L) is a highly specialized team within Human Resources at UCI Health.

The OE&L team provides expertise and strategic guidance at all levels of management on leadership development, change management, organizational effectiveness, training and development, employee engagement and more.

We work with staff, supervisors, managers, directors and executive leadership in removing organizational barriers to drive change.
