Shopping for sunscreen is enough to make you break out in a cold sweat. With
SPF ratings from 2 to 50+, sun-care products come in a dizzying array of choices.
So how can you decide?
“Narrow down your options by looking for three things
on the label: an SPF of 30 or higher, the words ‘broad spectrum,’ and water
resistance of 80 minutes,” says Dr. Kristen Kelly, UCI Health dermatologist.
