Whether you’re dealing with uncontrolled epileptic seizures or tough side effects, we’re here for you.

We offer telemedicine appointments after your first visit
First, we’ll need to do a full neurological workup in person. That way we can capture the nuances of every symptom. You can attend your next appointments from home, making things easier by cutting out the stress of travel.
We engage in translation work to discover innovative treatments
Our Comprehensive Epilepsy Program is Orange County's only academic epilepsy program. We collaborate with various UCI schools and national institutions to find new tools, incorporating research from animal models of epilepsy into our clinic.
Additionally, we partner with the UCI Samueli School of Engineering, where biomedical engineers analyze brainwave recordings to understand how seizures start and spread in the brain.
We have access to top-level equipment that lets us easily map your brain
Surgery is a powerful cure for epilepsy. Before we touch any brain tissue, we map your brain. This easily lets us check if your seizures are close to areas that control language, vision, or motor skills.
Mapping involves a specialized neurosurgical team, including an anesthesiologist who is trained to prevent complications. It's completely painless, so you won't feel a thing.
The National Association of Epilepsy Centers granted us a Level 4 designation, the highest possible level
We use state-of-the-art brain monitoring and imaging technologies to provide a wide range of medical and surgical epilepsy treatments. Our advanced level care helps you understand your condition and explore all of your treatment options.
Our research informs your care
Our doctors work collaboratively with the scientists at the UCI School of Medicine's Epilepsy Research Center. We are one of the world's premiere epilepsy research facilities. Our clinical trials and translational work directly help us determine your treatment options.

We're committed to your long-term care, not just managing symptoms
We're the leading experts in the region for minimally invasive epilepsy treatments.
