Dominique 'Nikki' Borchard is a licensed UCI Health physician assistant who specializes in general gynecology, obstetrics and urogynecology.

Her clinical interests include adolescent gynecology, contraception, pelvic organ prolapse, recurrent urinary tract infections, interstitial cystitis and painful bladder syndrome, menopause, abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain and endometriosis.

Borchard earned her physician assistant degree at Chapman University in Orange, Calif. She believes in educating patients to help them make informed healthcare decisions and to empower women in their wellness journey.

She sees patients in Orange, Costa Mesa and Newport Beach.
