Sherry F. Schulman, RD

Sherry Schulman is a UCI Health registered dietitian and nutritionist. She specializes in gastrointestinal disorders, type 2 diabetes, weight-loss management, kidney health, disordered eating and maintaining a healthy microbiome. Her clinical interests are focused on health and wellness across lifespans.
She earned a master's of science degree in nutrition, healthspan and longevity at the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. She serves on the UCI Merage School of Business advisory board, Chapman University's Crean College Leadership Council, the Leonard Davis School board of councilors and the UCI Health Beckman Laser Institute & Medical Clinic's Development executive committee for strategic development.
