Cost of Care: COVID-19 Test Billing

The novel coronavirus pandemic has changed our daily lives and has added to all of our concerns regarding healthcare treatment and the ability to pay for our healthcare needs. UCI Health is committed to providing quality care and affordable access to our patients and our community. We will get through this together.

UCI Health offers screening and testing services for COVID-19-related symptoms. Please note:

• If you have health insurance, we will bill your insurance for all screening and testing.
• If you do not have health insurance, our discounted cash price for COVID-19 testing is $65.

UCI Health offers long-term payment plans and financial assistance to our patients and our community.

In order to ensure the safety of our employees, we have closed our walk-in service, but you may call us at 833-353-7700 between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

You may also send a message to the billing team from your MyChart electronic record portal. Patients can access their MyChart online or use the MyChart mobile app to view bills, pay bills or request financial assistance.
