Dr. Annie Wang is a board-certified UCI Health general surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive gastrointestinal and weight loss surgery.
Her clinical expertise includes metabolic and weight loss surgery, core abdominal wall disorders and complex hernias, gallbladder diseases, as well as esophageal and gastric diseases including gastroesophageal reflux disease, achalasia and hiatal or diaphragmatic hernias.
She earned her medical degree from New York University Grossman School of Medicine, where she remained for residency training in general surgery. She has also completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at NYU Perlmutter Cancer Center. Next, she completed a fellowship in advanced minimally invasive and robotic surgery at University of California Davis Medical Center.
Wang, who is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese, sees patients in Orange.
