Dr. Bobby Sasson is a board-certified UCI Health internal medicine physician who provides primary care services to patients. Her clinical interests include care for underserved populations, patient-centered medical homes, diabetic group visits, women’s health and domestic violence prevention.
Sasson earned her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Mich. She completed an internship and a residency in internal medicine at St. Joseph Mercy Health System in Ann Arbor, Mich. Following her residency, she was honored to serve as chief resident. She also completed a fellowship in academic general internal medicine fellowship at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. She holds a master's degree in Public Health, with a focus on community health, from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health.
She is a member of the American College of Physicians as well as an inductee into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and the Delta Omega Public Health Honor Society. She was also the recipient of the National Health Service Corps Scholarship throughout all four years of her medical school training. She also is dedicated to teaching and mentoring internal medicine residents and medical students.
Sasson, who also speaks Hindi, sees patients at UCI Health — Irvine and Gottschalk Medical Plaza .
