Dr. Yu-Po Lee is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in spine surgery with a focus on adult degenerative conditions. He specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery to treat diseases such as disc herniation, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, tumors and trauma.
Lee is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and North American Spine Society. He has authored over 100 chapters and articles on minimally invasive spine surgery. He is nationally recognized for his excellence in spinal surgery and patient care, and has been recognized by America’s Top Orthopedic Surgeons and is the recipient of Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors™ award and the Patients’ Choice Award.
Lee earned his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He completed an orthopaedic residency at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, followed by a spine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.
