Dr. Olivia L. Lee is a board-certified UCI Health ophthalmologist who specializes in corneal diseases and uveitis. Her clinical interests include inflammatory eye disease and complex anterior segment surgery. She performs all types of corneal and cataract surgeries.
Lee received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, followed by a residency in ophthalmology from the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary in New York City, where she also completed a fellowship in uveitis and ocular immunology. Next, she completed a fellowship in cornea, external disease and refractive surgery at the UCLA Stein Institute. Before joining UCI Health, she served as cornea fellowship director at the Doheny Eye Center UCLA.
Lee's research focuses on the use of anterior segment ophthalmic imaging to develop new clinical endpoints to objectively characterize disease severity and guide clinical decision-making.
