General Surgery
Dr. Zeljka Jutric is a board-certified UCI Health surgical oncologist who specializes in liver, pancreas and bile duct surgery. She is skilled in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robot-assisted techniques to remove tumors of the liver, pancreas and bile duct, as well as islet cell transplantation.
Jutric earned her medical degree at University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine, followed by a residency in general surgery at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle. She completed fellowships in hepatobiliary and pancreas surgery at Providence Portland Medical Center in Oregon and surgical oncology at City of Hope in Duarte, Calif.
A co-author of numerous peer-reviewed publications, Jutric is participating in several clinical trials on liver and pancreatic malignancies that may benefit patients with these diseases. She performed the first islet cell transplant in Orange County in 2019.
She sees patients at the UCI Health H.H. Chao Comprehensive Digestive Disease Center in Orange.
