Dr. Timmy T. Cheng is a board-certified UCI Health pulmonologist who specializes in pulmonary and critical care medicine, lung disease, lung cancer, pulmonary hypertension and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

He earned his medical degree from the UC San Diego School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, Calif., followed by a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at UCI Medical Center.

Cheng, who also speaks Mandarin and Taiwanese, sees patients in Orange and Laguna Hills.

When he is not practicing medicine, he enjoys playing the piano and cello.
