Dr. Thomas M. Azeizat is a board-certified UCI Health physician who specializes in family medicine.

Azeizat earned his medical degree from Quinnipiac University Medical School in North Haven, Conn., followed by a residency in family medicine at UCI School of Medicine in Orange.

He chose a career in family medicine for a number of reasons; the intellectual challenge of learning about a wide variety of medical conditions across different lifespans, plus the ability to get to know patients as a whole. He values the ability to build a long-lasting and meaningful relationship with his patients so he can provide them with care that is catered to their individual needs. Outside of work, he also enjoys playing sports, hiking, cooking and watching movies.

Azeizat, who also speaks Arabic and Spanish, sees patients in Tustin.
