Dr. Rosa M. Andrade is a board-certified UCI Health physician who specializes in infectious diseases. Her clinical areas of interest include HIV management, sexually transmitted diseases, infections in immunocompromised patients and travel medicine.
She earned her medical degree at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru. She completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston at Austin, Texas, followed by a fellowship in infectious diseases at the UC San Diego School of Medicine.
Her research interests include the study of neglected infectious diseases.
