Dr. Masaki Nagamine is a board-certified UCI Health vascular neurologist and neurohospitalist who specializes in the evaluation and management of acute neurologic conditions.
Nagamine earned his medical degree at Michigan State University's College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Mich. He completed an internship in internal medicine at UCI Medical Center, where he also completed a residency in neurology and a fellowship in vascular neurology.
He has published research on stroke care, including the use of artificial intelligence-based imaging on brain hemorrhages. His research interests also include leading-edge therapies in the treatment of stroke and optimizing inpatient neurologic care.
Nagamine, who is fluent in Japanese, sees patients at UCI Medical Center in Orange.
