Dr. Martin Y. Rofael is a board-certified UCI Health pulmonologist who specializes in critical care medicine. His clinical interests include pulmonary vascular diseases.
He earned his medical degree at University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Alameda Health System Highland Hospital in Oakland, Calif., where he was chief resident, followed by a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care at University of California, San Francisco. Next, he completed a fellowship in pulmonary vascular disease at Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif.
Rofael also speaks fluent Arabic and intermediate-level Spanish.
