Dr. Dinora B. Chinchilla is a board-certified UCI Health pulmonologist who specializes in lung disorders and critical care medicine. Her clinical interests include pulmonary vascular disease, pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary embolism.
She earned her medical degree from the UCI School of Medicine. She completed an internal medicine residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, followed by a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She also earned an MBA at the UCI Paul Merage School of Business.
Chinchilla, who is fluent in Spanish, enjoys teaching medical students and residents in the intensive care unit at UCI Medical Center's Douglas Hospital.
