He earned his medical degree at Maulana Azad Medical College in India. He completed a residency in radiology at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in India. Next, he completed additional fellowship training in radiology, followed by a fellowship in body imaging, both at Northwestern University McGaw Medical Center in Chicago.
