Dr. Partha S. Gonavaram is a board-certified UCI Health family practitioner with long experience treating patients with chronic diseases. His clinical focus includes diabetes, fatty liver disease, obesity, cirrhosis, renal failure, hepatitis B and C, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

He received his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. He completed his residency in family medicine at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga.

Gonavaram, who is fluent in Hindi and Telugu, sees patients in Irvine. When he is not seeing patients, he enjoys Western and Indian classical music, cricket and traveling.
